Orders will be processed 3 to 4 business days. Orders taken on Saturday or Sunday will be processed 2 to 3 days from the following Monday. Items will ship within 3 to 10 business days after processing depending on inventory. Out of stocks or backorders please allow 2 to 6 weeks for shipment. We will notify of out of stocks or backorders as soon as possible. Freight will be shipped standard UPS Ground or USPS. Oversized Freight Policy If item has an * next to it, that indicates that it must be shipped "oversized". UPS considers packages 84" - 108" in length and girth "oversize", UPS will charge an "oversize" rate of at least 30lbs no matter even if the weight is significantly less. If a package is 109" - 130" in length and girth combined UPS charges "oversize" charge of 70lbs, even if packages weighs significantly less than 70lbs. Yow will be notified if we need to charge you "oversize" pricing, although this is rare some items do require "oversize" shipping charge. Shipping Problems If there is a problem with missing items that are shown shipped we must be notified within 48 hours if we are not notified within 48 hours no refund or replacements with be issued.
