Return Policy Dog Gone Good Stuff

Products that ship direct from manufacturer or special order cannot be returned until after received by purchaser and than returned to Dog Gone Good Stuff. Items returned will be charged 25% restocking fee on top off customer paying for return shipping. Non-Stocked items returns will be issued after we receive credit from our vendor.

Email us at customerservice@doggonegoodstuff.com with the reason you are returning the product(s).
Items must be returned with all parts, directions, original packing, etc, or no credit will be given.
We must be notified within 3 days of receiving product if you decide to return it (no products can be returned after 3 days of receiving of item)
If products are damaged in shipment it is purchasers responsibility to place a claim with shipper. Dog Gone Good Stuff is not responsible for damage during shipping.
Within 48 hours you will receive a RTV# (Return to Vendor #) and shipping label.
We must receive product(s) within 10 days after RTV# has been issued. After 10 days NO Credit or Refund will be given.
Customer will pay shipping on return product(s), unless the incorrect product(s) than we will pay shipping. Please use track and confirm with shipper that you choose so that you and Dog Gone Good Stuff can track package. This will also serve as proof of delivery.
You will than be credited (less original shipping)when we receive the product(s). An email will be sent to you to verify your credit has been posted to your credit card. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for credit to appear on your account.
We do not credit original shipping charge.
Dog Gone Good Stuff does not manufacture, design, etc any of the products we sell. We are just a retail outlet. Any questions regarding, design, usage, etc needs to addressed by consumer with manufacture. If you would like we can supply contact information to you.

Shipping Problems

If there is a problem with missing items that are shown shipped we must be notified within 48 hours if we are not notified within 48 hours no refund or replacements with be issued.

Special Orders

Special order items will not be issued a credit for until we receive credit from our vendor

Back Order Policy

If an item(s) is Back Ordered we will ship the product(s) within 60 days.
If after 60 days we still do not have the product(s) you may request to have your Backorder Canceled and we will issue a refund. If we do not receive request to cancel backorder we will assume you still want the product(s) and will ship it when it becomes available.
As always allow 7 to 10 business days for credit to post after we notify you that we are crediting your account.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a order that you placed with us you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for credit to appear on your account. Please email us at customerservice@doggonegoodstuff.com
